What You'll Do.
Deliver assets to JLL standards
Achieve KPIs and Service Level Agreement targets
Manage four commercial assets
Serve as off-site key contact
Ensure operational excellence
Foster teamwork and performance excellence
Align contractors with JLL values
Manage stakeholder relationships
Attend monthly/quarterly meetings
Prepare recommendations with property team
Develop leasing strategies
Manage vendor performance
on-budget service delivery
Maintain compliance with procurement guidelines
Process invoices efficiently
Plan and deliver contracts cost-effectively
Monitor contract expirations
Conduct monthly KPI meetings
Maintain accurate meeting minutes
Manage tender process
Ensure safety requirements remain current
Meet or exceed financial targets
Adhere to JLL's Code of Ethics
Follow financial processes consistently
Manage budgets with variance commentary
Collaborate on annual budgets
Provide safe working environments
Ensure statutory compliance
Implement Permit to Work program
Drive operational safety improvements

Maintain building procedures

Conduct routine site inspections
