Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation and staffing in regional property portfolio as directed by the client and in accordance with the standards and procedures of Jones Lang LaSalle. Act as primary Facilities and Soft Services point of contact for client headquarters site. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, consistently make effective, high-quality decisions, and must develop and effectively manage client relationships. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Develop and sustain a high-quality, well-motivated and engaged Facilities and Soft Services team. * Provide oversight of Facilities and Soft Services program delivery * Develop and implement a staffing plan for Facilities and Soft Services ensuring proper distribution of resources including response to urgent or emergency situations. * Provide regional oversight of CMMS ensuring compliance with KPIs, team compliance with policy and procedure and ease of client usability. Partner with Technology to advise of system needs and functionality. * Develop, implement and maintain preventative maintenance program. * Act as health and safety champion for designated region leading program creation, training, compliance and driving culture of safety. * Monitor systems supporting the facility and facility’s critical operations at a regional level. * Own strategic planning ensuring utilization of industry and JLL
