The Sr. Facilities Manager is responsible for the delivery of quality service and should have a have a passion for leading a team that delivers an exceptional client experience. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * **Client Relationship Management** – Measure and manage client feedback, conduct relationship meetings, and deliver on commitments while managing expectations and partnering with teams to implement best practices * **Compliance & Asset Management** – Ensure completion of all equipment preventive maintenance schedules, maintain accurate CMMS data, and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, company/client standards, and all local, state, and federal regulations * **Financial Management** – Oversee budget creation, monthly analysis, forecasting, variance reporting, capital planning, and identification of cost savings opportunities * **Vendor Management** – Manage site vendors by setting expectations, addressing performance issues, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting sourcing team with RFPs and data gathering * **People Management** – Lead maintenance
