**Senior Facilities Engineer** **Position Summary** * Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm * 100% on-site Catalent’s Kansas City facility is a leading center for integrated development, manufacturing, and packaging services for oral solid dosage forms. The **Senior Facilities Engineer** Provides management and technical assistance to employees and contractors in support of the repair and maintenance of equipment, utilities, and facilities. Supports manufacturing and packaging operations by providing quality, compliant, and reliable facilities, systems and equipment used in the development and manufacture of pharmaceutical products. Ensures maintenance, repair and operation of utilities and equipment are performed in the most efficient method as possible while maintaining cGMP compliance. **The role:** * Ensure the facility utilities, buildings, grounds, equipment and services are available for support of manufacturing operations. * Management of the site maintenance labor/repair budget * Manage site contract maintenance services * Ensure regulatory compliance by performing quality, effective and timely completion of maintenance projects or activities * Use communication skills to achieve positive business relationships with employees, customers and vendors while maintaining company goals * Ensure the level of service provided by facility vendors meets required standards * Schedule/coordinate maintenance shutdow
