prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or other related fields, understand local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management, knowledgeable in various property systems, support the team and work well with others toward achieving targets, proven track record of flawless project execution while following company standards, ensure the team practices our ‘I am JLL’ core behaviors, easily interact with client staff and vendors to deliver efficient services, address conflicts and competing priorities effectively, excellent communicator who faces customers with a smile, even when things get difficult

What this job involves: **Providing onsite support:** You will be the Site Manager’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities. You’ll do this by performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained, analyzing gaps, and providing proactive solutions. Where can processes be improved? How can we save costs? These questions will be at the forefront of the team’s thinking. You, too, will always have an eye on this, contributing suggestions as they arise. Be innovative and dive deep to work proactively on requirements. Craft compelling reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. You’ll also lend the team a hand by providing admin support, including front desk duties, basic housekeeping, and appointment coordination.
