What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word), 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives, 3+ years of experience in customer service role

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree or higher, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification, 5+ years of experience in program management and/or financial management/analysis, 5+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management, 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data, 3+ years of experience in working with project finances, 3+ years of experience with project management or construction management, Experience with contract management, invoice management/reconciliation, and vendor management, Experience with Facilities Operations or Facilities Management

What You'll Do.

Enhance and lead relationships with our supplier and our site business partners

Collect and use best practices across GREF

our existing supply chain and external benchmark operations

Leverage lessons learned and standards from facilities projects in operational aviation

materials testing laboratories and a range of office environments

Perform risk identification

planning and mitigation monitor critical contracts to determine compliance

Initiate capture plans for all service escalations and improvement opportunities

Communicate and influence among multiple stakeholder levels (e. g. internal business partners
