## Description ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in Argentina based in Buenos Aires for a hybrid position: 2–3 days per week onsite at our local office, with the remaining days remote. Working hours 10:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM ART    ABOUT PROJECT  The client is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the US. They are dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families. ## REQUIREMENTS Design user experiences and user interfaces for AI-driven applications and modernization initiatives Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma Support the design of digital signature workflows and related user interactions Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business and AI-related requirements into intuitive user experiences Ensure consistency across screens, components, and design patterns Support implementation by providing design guidance and reviewing completed work against approved designs ## RESPONSIBILITIES Strong experience with Figma Experience designing modern web-based and AI-enabled applications Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices Knowledge of HTML and CSS Experience collaborating closely with development teams Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
