What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in facilitation, experience design, service design, strategy, or related roles, A university degree in Design, Psychology, Business, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field, presence in the room, with the ability to command attention without dominating conversations, Sharp judgment on when to push, pause, or reframe discussions to keep groups productive, Proven experience facilitating senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams, The ability to design and run experiences that feel effortless while delivering clear outcomes, Hands on experience with workshop and collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, FigJam, or similar platforms, Familiarity with frameworks such as design thinking, service design, journey mapping, problem framing, and decision-making techniques, Excellent verbal communication skills (English and Greek), with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and confidently, written communication skills, especially when summarizing outcomes, decisions, and next steps, A mindset focused on outcomes, decisions, and action rather than activity
