Full Job Description
**[What the role is]** As a Senior Executive in the Student Services Department at ITE College West, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing students services to near 8,000 ITE College West students. **[What you will be working on]** Your key responsibilities include: * Evaluating students' applications for financial assistance schemes * Advising students and their parents on fee payments and plans * Liaising with external agencies on bursaries, career-counselling, student insurance, surveys and other student-related matters * Organising student activities and programmes * Liaising with self-help groups for our students' welfare * Overseeing the production of our students' concession and other cards **[What we are looking for]** * At least 3 years of working experience * A team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
