Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of relevant working experience, Experience in programme management, Experience in student engagement, Experience in alumni relations, Experience in event management, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Resourceful, Proactive, Able to work independently, Able to work collaboratively in a team, Organisational skills, Project management skills, Flexible, Adaptable, Positive attitude
Nice to Have
Experience preferably in higher education, Familiarity with content creation tools

Develop initiatives for student community
Organise student life programmes
Support students through mentoring
Enhance students’ holistic development
Build and maintain alumni relationships
Organise alumni engagement initiatives
Engage distinguished alumni
Support alumni community growth
Align engagement initiatives
Support alumni communications
Provide administrative support
Assist with logistical coordination
Provide pastoral care to students
Provide secretariat support
