Experience supporting NGA International Affairs, GEOINT, or enterprise-level reorganizations, including development of communications strategies during large-scale transformation efforts, Familiarity with multinational and interagency engagement, communications metrics analysis, and workforce engagement strategies, Background leading high-visibility events (e. g. , All Hands, senior leader engagements, or international forums) and experience with change management methodologies or related certifications.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering executive-level messaging, talking points, and briefings that support decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and workforce engagement.
