What They're Looking For.

Must Have

degree holder or qualified/partly qualified ICSA/ACCA/ACA (minimum Level 2), minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role / global business sector, experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matters, sound knowledge of Companies Act, Financial Services Act and relevant legislation affecting Global Business in Mauritius, experience in supporting and mentoring junior team members

What You'll Do.

Coordinate board and committee meetings

including preparation of board packs and minutes

leading the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance

Manage complex corporate secretarial matters such as refinancing arrangements

constitutional amendments

and corporate transactions including share issuances

and structural changes

Maintain administrative quality control and risk management through AML/CFT compliance frameworks

review and approval of corporate documentation

and statutory and regulatory filings

Manage relationships with key stakeholders including board members

and service providers

providing technical guidance and coaching to junior team members to ensure quality standards are maintained

Oversee full entity lifecycle management including onboarding

manage billing processes and resolve complex fee-related matters
