Full Job Description
## **What You Will Do** Drive end-to-end executive recruiting strategy and delivery within a designated region or function. Lead and guide talent acquisition team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, tools, and insights needed to succeed. Prioritize recruiting initiatives, programs, and requisition assignments across business groups. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience strongly preferred. ## **How You Will Do It** * Partner closely with executive leadership to understand evolving business needs and develop targeted strategies to attract and secure top-tier leadership talent. * Manage a diverse portfolio of executive-level searches globally across all business units within Global Products (manufacturing). * Champion and follow established executive search processes, leveraging specialized tools and resources to build executive search into a premier talent acquisition offering. * Apply advanced interviewing and assessment techniques to evaluate complex leadership competencies, experiences, and capabilities. * Proactively identify and engage passive talent through innovative sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and other platforms). * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external talent resources to deliver high-quality hires efficiently and cost-effectively. * Manage partnerships with external search firms when engaged, ensuring alignment on expectations, timelines, and outcomes. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely updates, and a high level of professionalism throughout the process. * Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between candidates and senior leadership during interviews and selection. * Lead offer development and negotiations with a focus on alignment, equity, and candidate experience. * Maintain accurate and compliant records within the app
