Full Job Description
This position is an integral part of the Programme and Office Management team within the NBS Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO). The Senior Executive plays a key role in supporting the administration of academic policies, student services, and faculty engagement initiatives to ensure efficient and seamless operations within UPO. **Responsibilities:** **Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO)** * Coordinate faculty recognition and engagement activities, including the Teacher of the Year Award, Dean’s List Lunch, faculty workshops, and UPO team-building events * Administer mid-term scholarships, university/college-level awards, and financial aid applications, including application calls, verification, and fund disbursement * Track and process payments for case studies required for courses. * Provide support for ad-hoc assignments as required * Administer student academic matters, including Short Leave of Absence, Semester Leave of Absence, candidature‑related cases, re‑admission, withdrawal, and termination * Process and assess student credit matters, including credit transfer and credit exemptions, in accordance with university policies * Work closely with the Programme Director and teaching faculty to support teaching arrangements, scheduling, and administrative requirements * Ensure accurate maintenance of student records and timely updates to academic systems * Coordinate and administer course registration for UAPP students in line with approved programme structures and timelines * Plan, secure, and coordinate teaching venues and related logistics to support programme delivery **Requirements:** * A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university * Possess minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education sector * Proficient in MS Office software suites * Excellent collaboration and communication skills * Problem-solving skills * Able to handle large volumes of data * Able to multitask and work under pressure * Able to exercise discretion
