Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, or commercial roles with exposure to Strategic sourcing., Experience in F &B supply chain (manufacturing or food production) is required, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software., Great communication and negotiation skills., Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work., Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities., Passionate about procurement and committed to driving continuous improvement.

Retail or outlet-based experience is not preferred

Monitor supplier performance
Address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation
Lead negotiations for contracts
