Full Job Description
The role serves as the subject matter expert in leave, benefits, and awards administration, playing a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and employee‑centric HR services. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end administration of employee leave and benefits programmes, as well as institutional awards, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and university policies. This position requires strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of HR policies, and the ability to manage multiple processes while maintaining excellent service standards. **_Responsibilities:_** * Administer end‑to‑end employee leave and benefits processes, ensuring compliance with university policies and statutory regulations. * Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries on leave, benefits, and awards, providing timely and accurate guidance within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Process leave transactions and support benefits administration in partnership with payroll and HR systems teams to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. * Administer institutional awards, including but not limited to Long Service Awards, Extra Mile Awards, and National Day Awards (e.g. nomination coordination, eligibility checks, documentation and processing). * Maintain accurate records and documentation for leave, benefits, and awards matters, ensuring audit readiness and proper governance. * Analyse leave and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement. * Support system enhancements and digitalisation initiatives (e.g. Workday optimisation, automation of transactions). * Collaborate with HR Business Partners, payroll, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery of HR services. * Handle employee feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least 2–4 years of experience in HR operations,
