Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related discipline, Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within financial services, capital markets, fintech, digital assets, exchanges, broker dealers, custodians, clearing houses, payment firms, or other regulated financial institutions, Proven experience leading regulated businesses, Managing senior stakeholders, including regulators and Boards, Understanding of financial services regulation, governance, risk management, and regulatory expectations, Experience overseeing business, operational, and control functions within a regulated environment, Ability to satisfy the FSRA's Fit and Proper requirements and obtain approval as the Senior Executive Officer

UAE and/or ADGM regulatory experience is strongly preferred
