## **JOB DESCRIPTION** **AIM OF THE JOB:** The role aims to support the daily operation and maintenance of the mall’s IT systems and technology infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations. The position focuses on providing reliable IT support, assisting with POS and system administration, maintaining data accuracy, and resolving IT issues promptly to support tenants, customers, and internal stakeholders. **KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:** **Systems & Infrastructure (20%)** * Take charge of installing, monitoring, and resolving issues related to application administration, including POS, parking systems, traffic counting, CRM, CCTV, Wi‑Fi, and other digital platforms. * Manage and maintain security systems and network infrastructure, including IT policies, firewalls, remote access systems, and internet connectivity (LAN, WAN, intranet); monitor network bandwidth and performance of all network devices. * Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of servers (email, printers, backup servers) and related operating systems and software; oversee both on‑site and off‑site data backup. * Manage the server room infrastructure, including servers, network devices, tape backups, end‑user computers, and other IT equipment. * Support the HR Department in managing access control systems, door systems, and timekeeping systems. * Liaise and negotiate with vendors and contractors to procure network products and IT services at optimal cost and quality. **IT Services & User Support (20%)** * Provide IT support to end‑users on hardware, software, network, Wi‑Fi, email, VPN, system access, and user account management. * Manage procurement of IT devices and systems for daily operations and assigned projects. * Support and participate in IT‑related projects as assigned by the Group/HQ IT team. **IT Mall Operations & Business Systems (60%)** * Coordinate with vendors to set up, enhance, and maintain the mall POS system. * Work closely with new tenants to guide POS integration and ensure
