Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Own U.S. endometrial cancer brand strategy, including multi-year commercial planning and annual brand plans with clear KPIs, investment priorities, and execution milestones. Lead U.S. launch strategy and readiness, defining critical path activities across positioning, messaging, field readiness, access strategy, and omnichannel activation. Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial Operations, Analytics, and Finance to ensure integrated execution. Develop and refine brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging based on clinical evidence, competitive landscape, and market insights. Lead lifecycle management and scenario planning, including competitive response strategies, sequencing opportunities, biomarker-driven expansion, and combination approaches. Oversee customer segmentation and targeting strategy across key oncology stakeholders, including academic centers, community oncology, and integrated delivery networks. Establish performance tracking systems, dashboards, and operating rhythms to monitor brand performance, customer engagement, and execution effectiveness. Partner with Market Access and HEOR to shape value strategy, reimbursement readiness, and access pull-through plans. Lead and develop cross-functional teams, ensuring disciplined governance, accountability, and launch execution excellence. Present strategic recommendations, risks, and performance updates to executive leadership to support enterprise decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MPH, or equivalent) strongly preferred. 12+ years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience, including at least 7+ years in oncology marketing. Proven experience in oncology product launches, lifecycle management, or new indication commercialization.
