About the Role The office of the CEO is where the most important work at CloudZero gets coordinated, decided, and driven forward. As we scale into a new category, that office needs to operate with precision, pace, and care. This is a Senior Executive Business Partner role for someone who treats that as a craft. This is not a traditional EA role. You'll be a trusted operational partner to our most senior leaders and the connective tissue across the executive team. You'll own complex calendars, but you'll also own executive meeting rhythm, offsite and onsite design, and the cross-functional projects that move faster because you're driving them. You'll anticipate what our executives need before they ask. You'll make every interaction with their offices feel sharp, prepared, and intentional. And you'll build the operating systems that scale the executive function as the company grows.
