Senior Executive Business Partner, Office of the CEO - Reports to: VP of People & Culture - Supports: CEO, Executive Chairman, Founder/CTO, Chief Product Officer, SVP of Customer Success, and broader support for ELT - Location: Boston (3 days/week in office) About CloudZero CloudZero is the AI ROI Company. We help the world's most ambitious companies understand whether their cloud and AI investments are actually working — and we're defining a category before it has a name. CFOs are turning to us to answer one of the most important business questions of this decade, and we're scaling fast to meet the moment. About the Role The office of the CEO is where the most important work at CloudZero gets coordinated, decided, and driven forward. As we scale into a new category, that office needs to operate with precision, pace, and care. This is a Senior Executive Business Partner role for someone who treats that as a craft. This is not a traditional EA role. You'll be a trusted operational partner to our most senior leaders and the connective tissue across the executive team. You'll own complex calendars, but you'll also own executive meeting rhythm, offsite and onsite design, and the cross-functional projects that move faster because you're driving them. You'll anticipate what our executives need before they ask. You'll make every interaction with their offices feel sharp, prepared, and intentional. And you'll build the operating systems that scale the executive function as the company grows. You'll thrive here if you treat coordination as a craft, take pride in flawless execution, hold a high bar for everyone around you, and want to build memorable experiences and lasting relationships with internal and external partners.
