Support SIRS end-to-end programme operations
Plan and manage weekly training schedules
Handle last-minute changes or contingencies
Provide day-to-day operational support
Manage end-to-end course configuration
Process course intake requests
Resolve system issues
Coordinate procurement of training materials
Implement efficient resource planning
Perform end-to-end course administration
Ensure all documentation is complete
Maintain proper documentation
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
Track key operational metrics
Maintain data integrity
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
Support implementation of process improvements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Liaise with internal teams
Build working relationships
Provide support to team members
Undertake ad-hoc duties

Liaise with internal teams (e. g. Sales teams, HR, Finance) and external trainers; Build working relationships to ensure smooth programme delivery; Provide support to team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
