2-3 years of successful sales experience is required, A formal understanding/ experience of selling Data Centre services, Ability to clearly articulate the company's offerings and develop solutions for customers and prospects, Degree or PG or equivalent qualification
What You'll Do.
Proactively Lead & engage in business development activities to win new business for data centre Services – at the Regional this includes sourcing
executing & closing deals.
Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with data centre providers
Set face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers
including "C" level executives within our target marketplace
Deliver customer presentations that are top-notch and articulate the JLL Value Proposition
maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
Develop a thorough understanding of the JLL Advisory Service process
Apply solution and consultative sales skills to manage account cycles
Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction – Option Sourcing
providing pricing inputs
Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients
Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Ensuring client engagement through calls
accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
Demonstrable ability to hire
and manage high-performing teams
