Must Have
5 or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant, AI Fluency, Executive Partnership, Trust and Discretion, Relationship Management, Customer-Centric Orientation
What You'll Do.
Manage complex calendars
Resolve calendar conflicts
Build in calendar breaks
Reduce or consolidate meetings
Manage and triage executive inboxes
Prioritize urgent correspondence
Ensure nothing falls through cracks
Support executives with Slack communications
Send messages on behalf
Manage executive presence
Set up virtual meetings
Manage virtual meetings
Utilize AI and automation capabilities
Draft communications using AI
Plan cost-effective travel itineraries
Submit accurate expense reports
Raise Purchase Orders
Navigate procurement systems
Track spending for team events
Manage vendor records
Set project timelines
Organize in-person team events
Organize virtual team events
Develop relationships across Salesforce
Build personal network
Support LCA Admin colleagues
Ensure continuity of support
Perform other duties as requested
