Must Have

5+ years of experience in executive support or administrative coordination, bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, manage complex calendars and shifting priorities, staying organized, proactive, and attentive to detail, coordinating travel, including multi-stop itineraries and last-minute changes across time zones, preparing meeting agendas, capturing key takeaways, and following through on action items, tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple initiatives, Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across teams and with senior leadership, managing sensitive information with integrity

Support dynamic calendar for Chief Operating Officer

Prioritize meetings and maintain focus on key initiatives

Coordinate complex travel arrangements

Prepare meeting materials

Serve as connector between COO’s office and internal teams

Support internal communications

Plan and coordinate leadership meetings

Handle sensitive information with care

Process & Methodology

Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, keep COO informed of timelines, deliverables, and outstanding items, following through on action items to keep projects moving forward, tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple initiatives
