Must Have
3+ years supporting a senior executive, High integrity, sound judgment, absolute discretion in sensitive matters
Nice to Have
Experience in a high-growth or founder-led company, AI-curious, Tech-savvy, fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Clear, confident communicator (written & verbal), design eye for presentations and materials, relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset, Experience supporting more than one executive at a time, Experience working with executives who are new to having an Executive Assistant

We’re Cubby Beds 👋 We make smart safety beds for kids with epilepsy, autism, cerebral palsy, and other complex conditions. Nearly 20,000 beds shipped. 10 million nights of safer sleep. For many of those families, it was the first time the parents could sleep too. Profitable, bootstrapped medical technology company. ~50 people at our Denver HQ. Revenue grew 18x in the last 5 years. Families have had Cubby covered by insurance in all 50 states. Most kids who need a Cubby don't have one yet. Changing that is the work. This is where you come in We’re hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the C-Suite’s strategic and administrative right hand. This is part operations lead, part chief-of-staff, and part air traffic controller. You’ll anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep the COO and CEO moving at speed. This role exists to ensure our Visionary Leader (CEO) and Business Operations Leader COO) remain focused on high-leverage activities — strategic growth, product innovation, and organizational health — while ensuring the “operating system” of their daily professional lives runs with complete reliability. You’ll be the COO and CEO’s force multiplier - running a tight operating system, keeping priorities on track, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Alongside that, you’ll jump in on select projects, help coordinate across teams, and keep momentum on the C-Suite’s top strategic initiatives.
