What You'll Do.

Coordinate general meetings and conference calls

Answer and screen phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely

Compose and accurately proofread letters and documents.

Create and maintain files and effectively organize the Executive office as needed.

Act as an ambassador with company staff

and business partners.

Coordinate timely receipt and organization of quarterly financial materials and related meetings.

Work with investor relations firm to coordinate timely preparation of investor presentations
