Start: Immediately | Level: Senior | Location: Germany, remote | Arbeitszeit: Full Time (40h/Week) As a (Senior) Execution Manager Strategic Tech Products (gn), you will play a key role in driving strategic technology initiatives within our Operations domain. Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, you will translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans and ensure successful delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations, you will coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives, create transparency around progress and risks, and help shape impactful technology solutions. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership topics and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic projects across the organization. Your mission You analyze, structure, and document requirements for strategic technology initiatives within the Operations domain You plan and manage cross-functional projects and ensure their successful execution across multiple teams and stakeholders You monitor project progress, identify risks early, and proactively drive mitigation actions You prepare management updates, steering committee materials, and decision-making proposals for senior leadership You coordinate communication between teams and ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables You support Tech Product Leadership with strategic initiatives, analyses, and operational priorities You manage external IT providers, establish best-practice provider management processes, and support contract negotiations through to completion Your experience German language skills are a plus Why choose us?
