What You'll Do.
Coordinate jetty operational activities in accordance with established policies and procedures to support the achievement of company targets and objectives.
Support the supervision and coordination of operational activities to ensure tasks are executed accurately
and in compliance with safety requirements.
Coordinate with Johor Port personnel and shipping agents to support vessel scheduling and operational requirements.
Ensure all shipment and jetty activities comply with company policies
customer requirements
and regulatory standards.
Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading activities for vessels
and pipelines to ensure smooth operations.
Assist Supervisors and Managers in overseeing daily stock control and operational activities within the assigned shift to meet safety and performance targets.
Ensure products received
and stored in tanks are protected from contamination
Comply with ISO procedures and company standards in all operational activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports before and after activities.
Ensure operational equipment is properly maintained and all required documentation is managed accordingly.
Adhere to company policies
and safety regulations at all times.
