What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Health Economics training and experience within the medical device sector, Detailed understanding of the DACH healthcare markets, including government and policy requirements for medical devices, Previous Market Access / Reimbursement strategy experience, value demonstration, value dossier and value communication experience, Fluency in German and English, At least 5+ years of relevant experience in market access, health economics, or reimbursement, understanding of the German healthcare and reimbursement system, Senior-level stakeholder engagement with key German market access stakeholders, strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, Fluent communication skills in both German and English, Requires frequent travel (approximately 50-60%) across the DACH region, Field reimbursement experience in Hospital setting
Nice to Have
a postgraduate qualification is a plus, experience with Austria and Switzerland is a plus

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical Affairs, and the Global Access Value and Economics teams; Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific societies; Engage with payers, hospital stakeholders, policymakers, and KOLs
Communication Scope
Fluent communication skills in both German and English; Ability to present confidently; Ability to write clearly for professional audiences
