Must Have
Hands-on experience producing and executing events — ideally including larger-scale or high-stakes ones you led from start to finish, A track record of building event programs or strategies, not just running individual events, Calm under pressure — tight deadlines, moving pieces, and last-minute curveballs don't throw you, Stakeholder management — you can align leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams without losing focus, Sharp organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball, A genuine passion for bringing people together and creating experiences they love, Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Lithuanian and English, A sense of ownership, sound judgment, and confident negotiation

Shape how events and community initiatives evolve as the company grows
Set the long-term vision and roadmap for events and community efforts
Lead the full execution of events: build the concept
pull in the right people

Drive how events are communicated and promoted internally and externally
Negotiate with suppliers
and defend the event budget
Build and nurture our internal community
and grow the external one around Surfshark
Set the bar for what a great Surfshark event looks like — measure it
Mentor and guide others in the team
Bring a senior point of view to how the team works
