Hands-on experience producing and executing events — ideally including larger-scale or high-stakes ones you led from start to finish, A track record of building event programs or strategies, not just running individual events, Calm under pressure — tight deadlines, moving pieces, and last-minute curveballs don't throw you, Stakeholder management — you can align leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams without losing focus, Sharp organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball, A genuine passion for bringing people together and creating experiences they love, Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Lithuanian and English, A sense of ownership, sound judgment, and confident negotiation
