Full Job Description

[Informa Markets](https://www.informamarkets.com/en/home.html), a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business. We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets. The role is based in our Ha Phan Building. We are looking for a Senior Event Executive joining the Vietnam Events Team. * Event Planning & Execution including support development of event concepts and execution plans with the direction of Senior Event Manager. * Manage onsite events such as Opening ceremony, Press Conference, Conference and Seminar and side events like visitor programs, roadshows, pre-show press conference, webinar’s logistics and delivery. * Monitor events’ timeline and schedule, and make sure it is on track. * Provide market content including trends and market movement through researching and buyer’s engaging. * Partnership management for relevant Industry Government / Associations / Organizations * Press & Media Communication & Management through agency: conduct pre-show press conference, onsite interviews for Key stakeholders including exhibitors, sponsors and partners. * Coordinate with team members (Event and MKT) and work closely with Central Data Team to manage, analyze and develop key Buyer’s Data according to the Target audience of each event. * Develop visitor and buyers’ communities at the events through different programs and contents * Coordinate with team members to ensure event reports are generated on time. * Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior Event Manager to ensure the successful delivery of t
