We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for construction projects. As a key member of our team, the Estimator will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. # **Responsibilities** * Review project plans, specifications, and other project documents to determine the scope of work and estimate costs * Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for construction projects * Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that estimates are accurate and complete * Monitor and analyze project costs, identifying and addressing potential cost overruns * Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required * Communicate regularly with other crew members and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure that they are aware of project schedules and deadlines * Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects * Other duties as assigned # **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience * 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, with experience in a construction setting preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences * Experience with government contracts and compliance is a plus * Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid, HCSS, or Bid2Win * A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants bec
