For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home. **Who The Client Is:** Our client is a design and manufacturing business specializing in custom joinery and interior fit-outs. Their work consists of approximately 60% residential projects (medium to high-end) and 40% commercial projects. They work closely with clients from concept through installation, creating tailored cabinetry, storage solutions, and bespoke interiors that combine functionality, craftsmanship, and modern design. **Role Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in kitchen and joinery projects, including curved designs, custom details, and other non-standard work. This role primarily focuses on residential projects, commercial and shopfitting work. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing the estimating process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare accurate cost estimates for kitchen and joinery projects, including complex and custom builds * Manage and respond to tenders from review through submission * Interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements to produce detailed estimates * Communicate with clients through professional emails and calls when required * Maintain organized records and integrate the costing structure into the internal system * Take clear notes
