Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field, 15+ years of ERP experience, 5+ years leading SAP environments and enterprise programs, experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, experience with SAP BTP, experience with Clean Core architecture, Knowledge of SAP AI capabilities, Knowledge of Joule and Joule Studio, Understanding of SAP Business Data Cloud, Understanding of enterprise analytics strategy, functional expertise in SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, functional expertise in Warehouse & Logistics integrations, Proven leadership in large-scale ERP transformation, Proven leadership in cross-functional stakeholder management
Nice to Have
SAP S/4HANA Cloud certifications, SAP BTP certifications, Experience in manufacturing environments, Experience in consumer products environments, Experience in retail environments, Experience in supply chain environments, Familiarity with Agile delivery models, Familiarity with product-oriented delivery models
