The Senior Equipment Specialist is responsible for the generation of new business sales and profits (P&L) in a specific territory. They commit to an annual sales budget, develops an annual business plan to achieve territory objectives, and forecasts monthly equipment pipeline. The Senior Equipment Specialist must be a team player, develop excellent clinical and technical knowledge, and demonstrate a high business acumen for the surgical market. Must report on their activities weekly and must represent the company in keeping with the highest standards of business ethics and professionalism.
