**Job Requisition ID #** 26WD96724 **Position Overview** Autodesk is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems & Applications Engineer to join the Engineering Collaboration Services (ECS) team. This role is primarily focused on AI enablement and governance, designing and scaling responsible AI adoption across our engineering workforce. As a secondary focus, this role owns the Centercode beta testing platform as a senior enterprise engineer, ensuring it remains a reliable pillar of our product validation ecosystem. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement enterprise AI governance frameworks covering license management, security, compliance, and usage optimization across Claude, Cursor, ROVO, and other emerging AI tools; define provisioning policies, automated enforcement workflows, and audit mechanisms * Ensure compliance with SSO/OAuth policies, identity governance, and security audit requirements across Autodesk’s AI account landscape; own ongoing compliance monitoring and remediation * Analyse per-user and per-feature AI consumption metrics to optimize cost, improve adoption, and surface usage trends; provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on governance and tool selection decisions * Create developer enablement resources including guides, best practices, tutorials, FAQs, and use case libraries to help 5,000+ engineers safely leverage AI tools; conduct training sessions, workshops, and office hours on AI tool usage and compliance * Serve as a trusted advisor to the engineering community on AI tool adoption, troubleshooting, best practices, and productivity optimization while maintaining security and governance standards Monitor community feedback, Slack channels, and usage signals to identify adoption trends, surface pain points, and continuously evolve governance frameworks and enablement programs * Design, maintain, and optimize the Centercode beta testing platform and its integrations (Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, SSO, webhooks, third-party connectors),
