[What you will be working on] GovTech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Software Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Human Capital Management (HCM) enterprise software solutions. This role is critical in enhancing our HR operational efficiency and delivering seamless digital experiences for public service officers. Lead the full lifecycle implementation of complex HCM enterprise software solutions, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Act as a subject matter expert for HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Benefits) within the chosen enterprise software platform. Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective and scalable system solutions. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the quality and integrity of system functionalities. Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex HCM system issues, often acting as an escalatio
