This role sits within a new and evolving team focused on enterprise‑level money movement strategy. This individual will lead and direct large, complex programs in support of the bank’s overall money movement strategy. The role provides direction to project staff across multiple workstreams and stages within assigned programs, establishes program governance, and drives execution to ensure initiatives are implemented, adopted, and operating effectively. The Senior Program/Project Manager translates corporate objectives into clear program objectives, operating practices, and measurable outcomes. The Emerging Money Movement team operates with an **enterprise‑first mandate** and is not aligned to a single business line. While individual business lines retain ownership of their own product roadmaps and growth strategies, this team focuses on cross‑line‑of‑business coordination, optimization, and reuse of money movement capabilities to reduce duplication and drive enterprise‑wide efficiency.
