Significant experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs within a financial services or payments environment, Deep understanding of money movement, payments, or transaction-based platforms, including experience with traditional and emerging payment rails, Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in enterprise-level, matrixed organizations with influence across business lines and functions, Experience translating enterprise strategy into executable programs, governance models, and measurable outcomes, partnership experience with product, technology, operations, risk, legal, and compliance teams in regulated environments, Experience engaging with external partners and vendors, including payment networks, processors, or financial technology providers, Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and intentional organizational friction while driving alignment and decision-making without direct authority
