What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS (Account Management, Customer Success, or similar) working with Enterprise customers, Proven track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion, with clear impact on net revenue retention, consultative skills: you uncover business problems, define success metrics, and map required capabilities to product value, Data-driven and operationally excellent, with disciplined account planning, forecasting, and CRM hygiene, Technically curious and comfortable translating between marketers, product managers, data teams, engineers, and executives, Excellent written and verbal communication, including running business reviews and presenting to C-level audiences, Thrives in a remote, early-stage, high-growth environment with high ownership and many moving pieces

Nice to Have

Experience working with customer data, analytics, or marketing technology products, Experience working directly with healthcare organizations such as Providers, Payers, Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), or Urgent Care groups, Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, or other regulated industry frameworks, Experience with analytics tools or warehouses (for example, Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, Redshift), Exposure to common go-to-market frameworks such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message
