Move partners from successful pilots to full brand rollouts; Relentlessly driving same-store volume; Ensure Botrista is a core driver of partners' top-line revenue; Net Revenue Retention: Growth of the existing account base; Location Growth: Successful activation of new sites within existing corporate groups; Same-Store Volume Growth: Increasing the average "Cups Sold" per machine, per day

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5-7+ years in Enterprise Account Management or Strategic Success, specifically within Restaurant Tech, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage, Understand the friction points of a busy commercial kitchen and can speak fluently about operations to corporate and location contacts, Ability to translate complex dispense data into actionable business cases for corporate stakeholders, Proven track record of convincing corporate leaders to expand a program based on data and pilot success, Experience managing the complexity of 50+ site rollouts simultaneously

What You'll Do.

Identify and execute the roadmap for scaling Botrista across a partner’s entire regional or national footprint

Partner with corporate culinary and marketing teams to optimize menu placement

LTO (Limited Time Offer) strategies

and pricing to maximize daily dispense volume

Lead high-level QBRs that go beyond "support tickets" to focus on ROI

and beverage category growth

Deep-dive into restaurant-level data to identify underperforming locations and consult with franchisees/operators on best practices to drive adoption

Coordinate local activations to help promote and drive same store sales at a single partner location

Collaborate with our Marketing department to boost awareness with a large franchisee group while simultaneously innovating an Enterprise menu change for a national chain of restaurants

Leverage critical brand insights to curate menu programs through understanding the brand identity of each client

identifying menu and execution gaps and leaning in to relevant trends

Maintain "sticky" relationships across the C-Suite

and Marketing departments within large-scale restaurant organizations

Work closely with the Implementation and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless multi-unit rollouts once expansion is triggered
