Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management/Computer Science Engineering or Electronics, 6-10 years experience, Lean Six Sigma Certification, Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results, Good analytical and problem solving skills, Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources, Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, Excellent written and verbal communication mastery in English and local language, Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels, Work with vendors and partners to drive engineering teams towards issue resolution and timely completion of development and validation efforts, Has experience working on complex system level technical and process issues, Can triage and narrow down issues to specific functional blocks, Good understanding of System level blocks, Firmware, BIOS, BMC and Operating System, Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, Excellent written and verbal communication mastery in English and local language, Ability to effectively communicate complex system issues, perform trade-off analysis between cost, schedule and feature, Come up with budget/costing proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels
