Must Have
Significant experience leading multiple engineering teams, Delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives within platform, distributed systems, or large-scale technology environments, Building inclusive, high-performing engineering organisations, Developing future engineering leaders through coaching and mentorship, Leading platform modernisation, architectural transformation, or large-scale technical change programmes within operationally complex environments, Balancing long-term technical strategy with pragmatic delivery, operational excellence, and evolving business priorities, Applying AI, automation, or intelligent workflow capabilities within engineering or operational domains, Collaboration and stakeholder management skills, Working effectively across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Commercial, and Operational teams, Navigating ambiguity and complexity, Bringing clarity, alignment, and momentum across teams and initiatives, Working with APIs, distributed systems, platform architectures, or integration-heavy environments, Exposure to platform engineering, workflow orchestration, or operational automation capabilities
