Must Have

Experience managing software engineering teams in scalable backend, platform engineering, or service-oriented architecture environments, technical background in scalable backend systems, platform engineering, or full-stack application development, Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering and business stakeholders, execution, prioritization, and organizational leadership skills, Experience operating production systems with high reliability and scalability requirements, Experience hiring, onboarding, and growing engineering teams, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

Experience with billing, payments, subscription, pricing, or monetization systems, Experience leading platform or infrastructure teams, Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, gRPC, or service-oriented architectures, Familiarity with Scala and TypeScript ecosystems, Experience scaling operational excellence practices for engineering teams
