What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of hands-on experience in backend or full-stack with backend heavy development, leading technical delivery, active hands-on experience alongside a leading team of engineers, comfortable leading a team of 5 or more engineers, Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, modern frontend & CMS frameworks, software architecture, database systems (BigQuery/SQL/NoSQL), cloud-native applications, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerized tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, design and explain system architecture for complex web and cloud-based applications, working directly with clients or stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, SQL, NoSQL, analytics platforms like BigQuery, guiding teams through complex technical challenges and successful project delivery, mentoring engineers, reviewing code, establishing and maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and security, finding slow code & vulnerabilities during code review, delivery, scalability, and solve complex technical challenges within enterprise level projects, Clear communication skills, work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners
