## What You’ll Do Lead multiple engineering squads, supporting strong technical execution and creating clarity across teams. Manage and develop Engineering Managers and engineers, helping them grow and do their best work. Drive delivery of high-quality, reliable features that improve user engagement and overall app performance. Partner closely with Product to shape technical direction, strategy, and roadmaps. Balance discovery and delivery, helping teams explore the right solutions while delivering predictably. Collaborate with Design and Insights to turn user needs into scalable technical solutions. Contribute to broader studio alignment, sharing best practices and improving how we work across teams.
