The Role As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and support SimplePractice engineers in designing and developing high quality software solutions for our products. You’ll also partner closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensure smooth project execution, and encourage a high performing collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Lead a squad of engineers, fostering collaboration and supporting their professional growth.
