WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Perchwell is expanding the engineering leadership behind our next-generation platform. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two teams simultaneously: a core platform team building the foundational infrastructure of the new platform, and a customer-facing feature team building the product layer that agents and brokerages interact with daily. This is one of the most consequential roles on our engineering team right now - you'll have real ownership over both teams at a pivotal moment, as we build against aggressive timelines and scale the organization around a platform that doesn't yet exist anywhere else in the industry.
